Shipping and Handling

Every painting from Mark Spencer Studio is a unique, non-negotiable build. To ensure your investment arrives in gallery condition, all original works are shipped in a 350lb rated heavy-duty, puncture-resistant Uline Deluxe Artwork Shipper for maximum transit security.

Rates & Logistics:

  • Shipping: Our $120 flat rate includes professional-grade Uline Deluxe packaging and full transit insurance. We treat the delivery of your artwork with the same precision we bring to the studio.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days for the custom crating and "flight-prep" of your painting.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and a delivery window the moment your work clears the shipping bay.

  • Signature Required: Due to the value of these original works, an adult signature is required upon delivery.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that a package shows signs of external "non-conformance" upon arrival, please follow this protocol:

  1. Photo Document: Take photos of the box before opening.

  2. Internal Inspection: Take photos of any damage to the artwork.

  3. Contact Us: Email mark@markspencer.studio within 48 hours. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the insurance claim immediately.

Returns

We want you to be as satisfied with the "build" as we are. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect the work.

Return Logistics:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within the 7-day window. The work must be in its original, undamaged condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns to cover the original professional crating and administrative costs.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of fully insured, professional return shipping.

  • Final Sale: Custom commissions and works marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
